By using our site, booking a Jerez Flamenco Fiesta, or joining a Portland class, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. They’re here to make sure everyone’s on the same page, so let’s keep the vibe smooth like a soleá.

WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES

You gotta be 18 or older to book tours, retreats, or classes. If you’re younger, have a parent or guardian sign up for ya.
Our services are for personal use—don’t try to resell spots on our Cadiz tour or anything sneaky like that.
You need a valid email and, for Spain tours, a passport (and maybe a visa, depending on where you’re from).
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

When you book through flamenkos.com or by phone, you’re locking in your spot. We’ll send a confirmation with dates, prices, and deets.
Prices are in USD, and we’ll show any taxes or fees (like for hotel bookings in Seville) before you pay.
Payments go through secure processors like Stripe, Zelle, Apple Pay, or check. We don’t store your card info.
Full payment’s due at booking for classes and retreats. Tours might have a deposit option—check the booking form.
If you don’t pay on time, we might cancel your spot (we’ll warn ya first!).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

For tours and retreats, bring what’s listed (like flamenco shoes or comfy clothes). We’ll send a packing guide.
Spain tours need a valid passport (good for 6+ months past your trip) and any visas. That’s on you to sort out!
Follow our guides’ and instructors’ rules—like no disrupting a class or wandering off during a tour.
Be respectful to other participants, locals, and our team. Rude or unsafe behavior might get you removed, no refund.
You’re responsible for your health. Flamenco’s physical, so let us know about injuries or conditions before signing up.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We’ll provide the tours, retreats, and classes as described, with awesome instructors and venues.
If something’s gotta change (like a venue switch due to weather), we’ll let you know ASAP and make it right.
We’ll keep your data safe (see our Privacy Policy) and handle payments securely.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the stuff on our site—photos of dancers, blog posts about letras, videos of our retreats—that’s ours or licensed to us.
You can share our content (like a blog link) with credit to Flamenkos, but don’t copy, sell, or use it for your own biz.
If you send us content (like a photo from our Oregon retreat), you’re giving us permission to share it on our site or socials, unless you say otherwise.
LIABILITY LIMITS

Flamenco involves dancing, so participate at your own risk. We’re not liable for injuries during classes, tours, or retreats.
We plan awesome experiences, but we can’t control stuff like flight delays, bad weather, or local strikes in Spain. We’ll help where we can, but it’s not on us.
If something goes wrong, our liability’s capped at what you paid for the service (like your tour fee).
Travel insurance is your friend! We strongly suggest getting it for Spain tours to cover unexpected stuff.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If we cancel a tour, retreat, or class (super rare, like if a venue floods), we’ll refund you fully or offer a reschedule.
If you need to cancel, check our Refund Policy for the details—it depends on how far out you let us know.
We might tweak schedules or instructors (like swapping a workshop teacher). If it’s a big change, we’ll give you options.
TERMINATION

We can refuse service or cancel your booking if you break these terms (like being disruptive or not paying).
You can stop using our services anytime—just don’t book or visit our site.
GOVERNING LAW

These terms follow California law, since we’re based in Los Angeles. Any disputes go through LA courts.
If you’re booking from outside the U.S., local laws might apply too, but we’ll sort it out fairly.
CHANGES TO TERMS

We might update these terms to keep up with new services or laws. New version’ll be posted on flamenkos.com, and we’ll try to email you if it’s major.
